THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL DEMONSTRATE:
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task between emails and phones
- Experience with high call volumes with successful outcomes
- Adapt to multi-generational customers and phone calls
- Willingness to problem solve with a can-do approach
- A genuine desire to sell cruise products with passion and knowledge
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS MUST ALSO SHOW:
- Proven success in their past consulting roles, with an exceptional sales track record
- Minimum 3 years experience in Domestic and International retail environment
- Amadeus preferred, however CRS qualifications are essential
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong ability to source information via supplier and online systems
- Desire to be the best
