Dikili is a small coastal town and a district of Izmir Province, Turkey, facing the Aegean Sea. It lies 73 km N of the large and more frequently visited city of Izmir, and faces out to sea the island of Lesbos. Samos is a Greek island in the eastern Aegean Sea off the coast of Asia Minor.
