This voyage begins in Rome, with an overnight in the W Rome to give you time to get settled and take in all the Eternal City has to offer. The next day, you'll be driven to the port where you board Azamara Journey, before setting sail for an abundance of Italian riches in Livorno, Italy. This is the gateway to the magnificent art and architecture, palaces, churches and museums of Florence, as well as Pisa’s famous leaning tower.

You'll stay overnight in Monte Carlo, so you’ll have plenty of time to explore the opulence, breathtaking beautiful surroundings, and some of the finest people watching this side of the Atlantic. The prestigious Monaco Grand Prix race has been held here since 1929. With 2 full days here, you will get to experience the biggest day in racing with tickets for two to the Grand Prix included. Grandstand K is one of the Circuit's most popular grandstands, looking over the track with the yachts in the background.

Next, it’s off to Provence where you can head to boulevard Amiral Vence and jump on the cable car which will lead you almost 2,000 feet up to the top of Mont Faron, before setting sail for a late stay in Mahón Menorca, Spain. Discover two plazas, one large and lined with cafés and restaurants, the other tranquil, and don’t forget the site of the Church of Santa Maria, known for a celebrated organ with four keyboards and more than 3,000 pipes.

A second late night is next, this time in Palma de Mallorca—a city that dates back to Roman times. Balanced on a seawall above the marina is the amazing gothic Cathedral, icon of the city, with some of the world’s largest stained glass windows.

Your final late night is in mountainous Ibiza, or the White Island, perhaps because of the dazzling white walls of the traditional houses and churches that make up the small villages dotting its landscape. Soak it all in before arriving at our final destination—an overnight in beautiful Barcelona. With a history rich in art and architecture, medieval, Gothic, and modern influences can be seen all over the city. Start at the waterfront and stroll up the shady, tree-lined Las Ramblas boulevard and discover some of the city's best shopping and bustling cafes.

On disembarkation you will be met by your private driver to take you to the airport for your flight home.

Livorno is the third largest port on the west coast of Italy, and is well known for supporting cruise ship tourism to Florence, the Tower of Pisa, the hill towns of Tuscany, Cinque Terre with its enchanting villages, and the Chianti wine region, generally with time allowed for visiting some famous outlet stores of famous fashion houses. However the port of Livorno itself has a lot to offer visitors. Criss-crossed by Medicean canals that are still navigable, and with its port overlooked by towers and fortresses, this well-planned city is most appealing. In or out of town, you are sure to have a wonderful time. Read more about Livorno, Italy

Bobbing sailing boats dot its busy harbour where French warships also constantly come and go.
