Two superior spa suites are available for reservations for Concierge guests. The Practically Perfect Spa Suite, inspired by Mary Poppins, and the Hopps Haven Suite, inspired by Zootopia, both feature indoor and outdoor lounge areas with ocean views, salon seating for hair and nail services, a treatment room, and soothing showers. The suites can be reserved separately or combined for a minimum of 4 hours for up to 8 guests; suites and spa services are purchased separately.

Teens ages 14 to 17 have their own exclusive retreat as well; this funky space draws inspiration from a vintage record store and is the perfect spot to relax, watch a movie, or enjoy some games.

Even the tiniest of travellers can enjoy a dedicated space with the It's a Small World Nursery. This whimsical space is for little ones six months to three years to play and rest while being looked after by a dedicated team of childcare counsellors. Additional fees apply.
