Britannia Cruises
Britannia is one of P&O’s newest and largest vessels, of the same class as Royal Princess and Regal Princess, but with some changes. At 143,000 GT and carrying 3674 passengers, special attention has been given to dining menus and options. On the top two decks are separate areas dedicated to children’s activities, an adults’ retreat, and deck games. All the public spaces for entertainment, dining and socialising are located on the three lower decks, the centre of which is the three-storey atrium. The dozens of private areas present an uncrowded atmosphere for relaxation. The decor and furnishings follow a modern and comfortable British style (as opposed to Las Vegas glitter). You’ll want to take a good look at the Cookery Club facilities. P&O presents Britannia as “a family-friendly larger ship”.
