Cruises from St Pierre
Saint-Pierre is the capital of the French overseas collectivity of Saint-Pierre and Miquelon. These are the only two low-lying inhabited islands in an archipelago of eight islands in the Atlantic Ocean, 18 km off the south coast of Newfoundland, Canada. They form the last remaining part of the French North American Empire. The 5500 inhabitants of St Pierre possess French citizenship, and St Pierre is the commercial and administrative centre.
