Cruises from Sachs Harbour
Sachs Harbour is a hamlet located in the NW Territories, Canada. Situated on the SW coast of Banks Island, the community’s economy is based largely on hunting and trapping, but tourism also plays a small role. Sachs Harbour is also the headquarters of Aulavik National Park. Its reception and visitor’s centre is located in the community and showcases Inuvialuit culture. Most of the town lies within 230m of the shoreline. Residents also engage in ice fishing, and there’s a goose hunt every spring.
