Cruises from Prince Leopold Island
The spectacular Prince Leopold Island Migratory Bird Sanctuary, which occupies the entire island, is located near the High Arctic Nunavut communities of Arctic Bay and Resolute in the Qikiqtaaluk region. At 31,000 hectares in size, this island sanctuary is a Key Migratory Bird Terrestrial Habitat site and classified as a Canadian Important Bird Area.
