Cruises from Portobelo
Named by Christopher Colombus on his final voyage to America in 1502, Portobelo is a small city with a deep natural harbor in the Colon Province of Panama. It is located on the northern part of the Isthmus of Panama, halfway between the Panama Canal and the San Blas Archipelago. The most interesting and historic ruins are the ones most accessible to the visitor. The forts of Santiago and San Geronimo are each but a 5-minute walk from the pier.
