Cruises from Martha's Vineyard
Martha's Vineyard lies south of Cape Cod in Massachusetts, 100 km south of Boston. It is the largest island not connected to the mainland by a bridge or tunnel on the US East Coast. The island was a whaling base in the mid 19th C. It is now an affluent summer colony. The island is covered with windswept moors, dense forests, dramatic coastal cliffs and soft sandy beaches. Though small, Martha's Vineyard consists of six different towns, each with its unique personality and beauty.
