Cruises from Magdalenefjord
Magdalenefjord lies on the NW corner of Spitsbergen, a Norwegian island and the largest in the Svalbard archipelago, situated in the Arctic Ocean. The fjord lies at 80 deg. north latitude, making it possibly the furthest north of all cruise ship destinations. It is large enough to accommodate even the largest of cruise ships which are even able to turn 180 degrees in the fjord. On the south shore of the fjord is the bay Gullybukta.
