Cruises from Freudenberg
Freudenberg is a delightful town on the river Main in Germany, and is situated on the slope of a promontory of the Eiderberg (Eider mountain). The northern edge of the ‘old village’ suggests the former scale and importance of the Jewish community. Notable businesses in the town include Rauch, a furniture manufacturing company that has, as part of its plant, a zoo that the public are free to visit. The zoo exhibits many exotic animals such as monkeys, zebras, and kangaroos.
