Cruises from Esperance
Western Australia's most popular tourist town Esperance is located on the Southern Ocean around half way between Albany and the South Australian border. It experiences a Mediterranean climate but is subject to wide variations in the weather. Originally named by French explorers, it has been a centre for whaling and mining. Today it has been voted as having Australia's whitest sand. The beach is found at Lucky Bay and is set against a stunning seascape of 110 islands of the Recherche Archipelago.
