Cruises from Daphne Island
Daphne Island (Isla Daphne) is a small inactive volcanic island north of Santa Cruz Island and 12 km west of the Baltra Airport in the Galápagos Islands, a small archipelago of islands belonging to Ecuador in the eastern Pacific Ocean. It is also known as Isla Daphne Major to distinguish it from its smaller companion (Daphne Minor) just 4 km to the NE. It consists of a crater, devoid of trees, with a rim that rises 120 m above sea-level.
