Manta is a major commercial and holiday resort centre and the second major port of Ecuador. Coquimbo is a port city and capital of the Elqui Province, located on the Pan-American Highway, in the Coquimbo Region of Chile. Puerto Montt is a fast growing city in the south of Chile, just north of Chiloe Island.
