Colombo is the largest city, and the commercial, industrial and cultural capital of Sri Lanka. Despite its frenetic traffic and the general hustle and bustle of being where you can see some of the tallest buildings in Asia, it does offer some interesting attractions. Port Blair is the largest town and the capital of the Andaman and Nicobar Island group (aka the Emerald Islands) between the Bay of Bengal and the Andaman Sea, a union territory of India.
