Terri started in the travel industry over 30 years ago and embarked to work on board her first cruise ship in 1999, she was hooked from then on! She loves being able to inspire the desire to cruise by showcasing the amazing cruise ships and itineraries on offer. Terri firmly believes that there is a cruise ship for everyone it’s just making sure you find the right one. Cruising is a wonderful way to travel, where you not only experience the cultures of the places you visit, but also your fellow passengers and crew.

What is your favourite cruise destination you visited & why?

Terri loves the Baltic cruises as the history of the cities is palpable, the Tallin Town Hall square in particular is a place where you could just sit with a coffee for hours and imagine yourself in the same spot over the centuries back into the Middle ages. On the flip side she loves getting off the beaten track in Alaska and doing the more active tours of kayaking in front of glaciers or hiking around lakes, then once you’re back from your tour grabbing some of the most sumptuous seafood.

What is your favourite cruise ship & why?

For sentimental reasons Terri will say her very first ship that she worked onboard, P&O UK’s Oriana. However I love all the different styles of cruising from the magic and worth every dollar wonder of Disney to the innovative Celebrity Edge with her magic carpet and beautiful decor and infinite verandas.

Favourite cruise tip you give your clients

It used to be taking a highlighter onboard to mark the activities you wanted to do in the daily cruise activities but now that a lot of these are online, Terri would say cruising with friends and family just enhances the cruise experience. Being on a ship you can see as much or as little of each other that you like and the shared memories and experiences are something that you will always talk about (and want to do again!).
